- 7+ years of business development, strategy, or media/marketing experience, with a record of supporting successful growth efforts.
- Skilled at connecting client needs and market trends to actionable strategies.
- Effective working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-market environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with agency and regional leads to support global and regional pitches and RFPs.
- Translate client needs into clear, insight-driven proposals.
- Help cultivate senior-level client and prospect relationships to position IPG Mediabrands as a preferred partner.
- Identify and support growth opportunities across new and existing accounts.
- Leverage proprietary tools, data, and technology to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate across global and local teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Provide market, client, and competitive insights to inform business development plans.
- Stay up to date on trends like AI, commerce media, and privacy-first solutions to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless pitch execution and coordination.
- Contribute to building a high-performing, curious, and accountable growth culture.
- Create strategic narratives and materials that articulate IPG Mediabrands’ value proposition.
- Share updates, growth pipelines, and actionable insights with leadership and agency partners.
