Requirements
- 10+ years in aerospace or missile systems BD.
- Experience with glide body technology, hypersonics, or high-altitude platforms.
- Strong network across Air Force Global Strike and international air arms.
- Deep understanding of technology demonstration and T&E pathways.
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the go-to-market strategy for long-range strike and elevated surveillance systems, including integration with existing battle networks.
- Pursue and capture funding opportunities across SBIR, STTR, OTAs, CSOs, and D2P2 pipelines.
- Develop technology transition roadmaps to move systems from prototyping through experimentation into program-of-record pathways.
- Guide CONOPS development that reflects emerging doctrine in hypersonics, ISR-to-strike timelines, and long-dwell sensing.
- Lead partner engagement efforts, including primes, integrators, and commercial aerospace collaborators.
- Present Mach’s capabilities at high-level engagements, including at the Pentagon, Air Staff (A5/8/9), SAF/IA, and allied air forces.
- Support early-phase T&E campaigns with user units and test ranges (e.g., Eglin, Edwards, Kwajalein).
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing to align BD priorities with technical development schedules.
- Track global threat environments and anticipate new mission requirements in great power competition and contested airspace.
