Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in premium gifting, brand merchandising, or event production.
  • Strong creative vision combined with logistical and operational acumen.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs for global events or luxury brands.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the USA, Mexico, and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overall gifting strategy and concept in line with FIFA guidelines and brand positioning.
  • Curate meaningful, high-quality gift selections tailored to different guest tiers and lounge types.
  • Identify, negotiate, and contract with local and international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Lead the design and production of custom-branded gift items, including packaging and presentation.
  • Develop a comprehensive logistics plan for gift storage, transport, inventory management, and timely delivery to all 16 stadiums.
  • Collaborate closely with Lounge Managers and Logistics teams.
  • Implement strict quality control processes across all gifting elements.
  • Build and manage a team of Regional Gifting Coordinators to supervise operations in each host country.
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, production timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the creative development and functional design of hostess uniforms, ensuring they reflect FIFA brand standards while offering comfort, elegance, and practicality.
  • Oversee the full production process, including material selection, sizing strategy, fittings, and quality control.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution plan to ensure timely delivery of uniforms to all 16 stadiums across the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
  • Establish and manage a partnership with a professional cleaning service provider in each country to ensure uniforms are properly laundered after each match day.
  • Create and implement a post-event strategy for uniform collection, recycling, donation, or repurposing in a sustainable and responsible manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with major sporting or international cultural events.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, production, or brand activations.
