Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline
  • Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
  • 15 years FP&A experience
  • Minimum 5 years leading teams and responsibility for financial operations for a revenue line of business
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be capable of multitasking, prioritization, decision making and able to manage multiple systems, data sets and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide the strategic financial planning process
  • Spearhead initiatives that provide significant business and financial impact
  • Lead processes, analyze, and interpret financial information for revenue planning and business model decision making
  • Collaborate with the Executive team to develop annual budgets and plans for business units
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
  • Execute requirements for financial analysis, planning, control, budgeting, and reporting systems
  • Supervise the analysis of advanced financial data and emerging trends
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with all financial regulations and standards
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency and transparency in enterprise reporting
  • Oversee and improve the control environment, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting policies
  • Actively participate in the Corporate Tax Leadership team
  • Build relationships with other finance teams and shared services for financial reporting, accounting, compliance, internal controls, and taxation
  • Work closely with the Divisional FP&A team on reporting, VSP, and budget
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape strategic financial decisions
  • Advise leadership on market trends affecting financial performance and recommend actions to mitigate risks or seize growth opportunities
