Requirements
- Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information, business, mathematics or related field strongly preferred.
- Graduate studies are highly desired.
- Ten plus years of dynamic experience in planning, designing and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience in functional, process, information and data modeling, data management and warehousing and applications integration.
- In-depth experience with process redesign methods and tools.
- Five years of experience in people management.
- Expert knowledge of standards, methodologies and frameworks, business process management and technology.
- Proven knowledge of a wide variety of tools, concepts and techniques of business process modeling, analysis and design.
- Expert knowledge of emerging industry, competitor, customer demography, regulatory and market trends.
- Understanding of new technologies and developments in the technology industry.
- Extensive knowledge of project management concepts and techniques, facilitation, performance management, organizational design and managing organization change required.
- Ability to serve as the top technical specialist for business consulting and analysis.
- Demonstrable ability to lead large, sophisticated projects that involve high risk and great impact.
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence, apply innovative approaches, and deal with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement performance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and enhance service delivery across Financial Operations functions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop metrics that matter to the business units to drive performance and enable their business strategies.
- Drive accountability through structured governance and reporting mechanisms.
- Partner with the operational leaders to diagnose performance issues and implement targeted interventions.
- Establish regular quarterly business reviews to discuss performance, opportunities to improve, and cost effectiveness.
- Develop and implement workforce planning capability across Financial Operations to optimize resource allocation across subprocesses.
- Identify operational risks across Financial Operation activities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with audit, FRC, legal, and risk teams to ensure robust risk governance.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic transformational initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of initiatives to successful completion including resource allocation, risk tracking, milestone management and benefits realization.
- Develop business cases and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
- Drive best practices, process improvement initiatives, and innovation across Financial Operations.
- Lead transformation initiatives, aligning systems, tools, and processes across functional teams to foster operational efficiencies, scalability, and sustained value.
- Map, assess, and redesign end-to-end processes to eliminate waste, increase automation, improve service quality and scalability.
- Monitor performance improvements post-implementation and iterate as needed.
- Partner with adjacent organization to accelerate value.
