- Advanced concepts, principles and practices of Investment Banking.

Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategies to accomplish client and employee experience-oriented services and goals.
- Works with internal leaders and Investment Banking senior management to develop, execute and support strategic initiatives for multiple workstreams.
- Build partnerships within and across business functions to assess existing practices, identify opportunities and develop plans to enhance and maintain exceptional employee and client experience.
- Lead operational improvements and well-designed workflows to the business that support a positive and efficient experience ultimately supporting revenue growth.
- Delegates and provides guidance to team members to influence an environment of learning and teamwork.
- Present strategic plans and work with executive leadership to align on priorities, resources and budget.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned and needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- FINRA Series 7 License preferred but not required.
