Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in software development, DevSecOps; 7+ years of management experience
  • Experience working with Agile/scrum development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of build infrastructure, pipeline automation, and security practices
  • Proficiency with software build automation tools and integrated security testing

Responsibilities

  • Define & drive strategic direction and roadmaps for Build Infrastructure and Pipeline automation as a part of the DevSecOps – Secure Software Factory
  • Interface with R&D partners across the enterprise to understand current and future requirements
  • Work closely with R&D managers to scope requests and staffing decisions, drive effective tradeoffs and support program execution
  • Develop & maintain relationships across Keysight to identify emerging needs and challenges and communicate trade-offs
  • Work with stakeholders in the Secure Software Factory to translate business requirements into actionable roadmap, and manage the backlog by prioritizing critical features based on the business case
  • Present solution updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure solution adoption and success

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related field
  • Experience with security auditing, monitoring, and compliance assurance
  • Understanding of the latest cybersecurity tools, best practices and government regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control
  • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
