Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 5 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area
- 7 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area
- 3 years’ supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements processes, technologies, and material handling equipment improvement strategies across domestic networks
- Collaborates with senior and executive leadership to develop sustainable supply chain strategies
- Manages initiatives to reduce operating expenses within the supply chain and enhance services
- Directs the analysis and design of new distributions centers and processes
- Provides guidance and drives execution of logistics engineering projects
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
- Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
