Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in an engineering leadership role managing managers and distributed development teams.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams in high growth, consumer-facing companies, including mobile and web platforms.
- Deep expertise in agile software development, DevOps, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS), and microservices architecture.
- A track record of building effective organizations and teams, including growing technical and people leaders.
- Ability to align teams with business outcomes while scaling engineering operations and culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the engineering organization working on consumer-facing applications.
- Partner closely with Product, BI and Marketing teams to build a strong roadmap focused on consumer engagement, experimentation and content driven growth.
- Champion a culture of quality, experimentation and metrics driven development.
- Drive engineering best practices, including agile development methodologies, robust production systems, and effective management of technical debt.
- Manage budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery.
- Contribute to broader engineering org practices and help shape how we build and scale cross-functionally.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
