Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer marketing strategy aligned with OneTrust’s overall business goals, focusing on driving advocacy, retention, and growth
  • Define and prioritize key customer marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer advocates, motivating them to participate in OneTrust marketing activities for mutual benefit
  • Ensure a steady stream of customer stories that can be amplified across all marketing channels, and that field teams can be trained on so that we always lead with stories of customer success and business value
  • Keep OneTrust in top position on sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights
  • Manage and lead customer events, including customer advisory boards and user groups, that build engagement with both executive and practitioner audiences
  • Operate a scalable customer reference program that connects prospects with customers who can reassure them about the benefits of joining the OneTrust community
  • Lead a high-performing team as a player/coach, getting the best out of team members while coaching and developing them
  • Find creative ways to measure the impact of customer marketing on our business, and share these with key stakeholders on a regular basis
