Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CFA designation a plus
- Minimum of 5 years in corporate development, capital management, Financial planning & analysis, or consulting
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and cross functional teams
- Strong quantitative skills and financial analysis skills and ability to apply corporate finance principals to various scenarios
- Executive presentation skills including advanced visual storytelling and communication
- Highly adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities in a project-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives and drive project execution under ELT guidance.
- Interface and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Lead teams of Strategy members and business experts.
- Develop and maintain a strategic valuation model linked to resource and capital allocation.
- Align resource allocation with strategic goals and track progress.
- Connect capital management processes with Global Finance, Actuarial, Risk, CIO, Global Technology, and Talent.
- Integrate with finance, business, and other departments to enhance collaboration.
- Introduce new ideas and external perspectives to the organization.
- Develop and deliver training on capital and resource allocation with Treasury.
- Foster an internal network of resource/capital allocation practitioners.
- Serve as a thought leader to identify enterprise issues and opportunities.
- Bring an enterprise perspective to business and functional initiatives.
- Support the Global leadership team and Board in the strategy-setting process.
- Assist in developing topics and agendas for Global leadership team and management committee meetings.
- Synthesize and evaluate business strategies for enterprise impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA and/or CFA designation a plus
