Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR with generalist background, with 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, building relationships with senior leaders and serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders.
- Demonstrated organizational development experience – aligning structure, people, process and reward systems with business strategy; experience supporting transformational change.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, inspire, engage and develop talent.
- Experience within a large, geographically dispersed, multi-site organization.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods with practical experience of servant-leadership in an agile team preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant/change agent and work closely with senior management to identify, analyze, and implement solutions for people and organizational needs.
- Serve as a critical thought partner, change agent and advisor to teams of leaders and associates; demonstrate strong executive coaching and influencing skills to enhance organizational performance, effectiveness, and new ways of working.
- Facilitate effective organizational design and own workforce planning to support business and market changes; partner with leaders to define and implement changes and enhancements to optimize organizational effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and change management expertise. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading/coaching others through change.
- Actively participate as a leader or team member with the commercial and core function HR leaders and centers of excellence to further the HR agenda including: organization effectiveness, compensation, benefits, employee relations, HR operations, HR technology, and talent management.
- Anticipate and lead scaled change programs required to evolve the organization.
- Champion and drive a culture that drives alignment and accountability and embraces agile ways of working.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods with practical experience of servant-leadership in an agile team preferred.
