Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and communication of key performance indicators/dashboards.
  • Define the strategy to actively use data analytics to appropriately measure, analyze, and evaluate methods to accurately identify and document improvements.
  • Oversee the performance report to Leadership in Corporate and Field locations.
  • Transform the use of data and implemented tools as decision-making guidelines across Avangrid.
  • Coordinate the database maintenance of tracking and reporting progress and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Guide the update, communication on, and organization compliance with company quality assurance, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with the business by discussing operational metrics regularly with leadership and providing detailed understanding of performance for the function.
  • Oversee the development and support execution of action plans to mitigate and/or eliminate issues.
  • Ensure that proper internal oversight and regulatory risk mitigation controls are in place.
  • Motivate operational efficiencies by collaborating with all Gas Business teams to improve processes and procedures.
  • Manage the identification and best practices sharing for all stakeholders.
  • Advise on businesses owners requests and provide strategic and operational analysis/impact.
  • Grow the Continuous Improvement culture across the company.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic goals through thought leadership, collaboration, and personal contributions.
  • Maximize the results in the strategic value chain by establishing the short, medium, and long-term strategies aligning the actions of the area with Avangrid’s strategic planning and legislation.
  • Build effective strategies and mechanisms to lead the teams through changes, and influence other groups.
  • Lead, plan, organize, and control resources and protocols to achieve goals and deliver changes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global organization balancing collaboration and coordination between global and local initiatives, reporting best practices and recommendations.
