Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus
  • 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR program management, ideally within high-growth or tech environments
  • Proven success in leading global compensation planning programs and improving program operations at scale
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, with a strong track record of coaching and people leadership
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Proficiency in HR technologies and compensation platforms (Workday, Pave, Compa, Syndio, etc.)
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global execution of cyclical compensation programs, including annual salary planning, promotions, incentives, and equity cycles
  • Ensure programs are delivered accurately on time, and in partnership with PBPs, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Compensation Consulting and Executive Compensation teams to align planning and execution across all employee segments
  • Own the compensation calendar and operational playbooks, ensuring repeatable and scalable program delivery
  • Partner with the People Technology and Global People Services teams to drive data integrity, system readiness, and automation
  • Design and enhance templates, processes, and tools that enable strong execution and decision-making
  • Build and maintain financial models to support compensation planning, investment tracking, and budget forecasting
  • Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready dashboards to inform Total Rewards and business decisions
  • Partner across Compensation and Benefits teams to provide a holistic view of Total Rewards impact and cost
  • Lead and develop a team of three compensation professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and growth opportunities
  • Set clear goals and expectations while creating an inclusive, high-performance environment
  • Foster a strong team culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Develop training, resources, and toolkits to guide managers in making equitable and consistent compensation decisions
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance standards, and evolving regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to policy development and support audits and internal reviews.
