Requirements
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise.
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various communication channels.
- Able to assimilate source materials, input from subject matter experts and relevant documentation to create strategic recommendations and content.
- Able to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add value.
- Able to collaborate efficiently and effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Be accountable for assignments/projects to ensure they’re delivered with excellence and profitability.
- Have a demonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing people.
- Able to partner with subject matter experts from other lines of business.
- Have software fluency, Microsoft 365/Adobe Acrobat and be able to learn and apply new technologies.
- Have excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Have presentation, business development and selling skills with the ability to travel (up to 15%).
Responsibilities
- Leading and executing on practice initiatives while supporting the growth and development of your team members.
- Making compensation decisions and leading performance management discussions with your team. Helping team members to grow client relationships and navigate business solutions to expand client revenue opportunities.
- Planning the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns that inspire consumers to take action.
- Managing large, complex client projects/relationships and creating proposals and advancing sales initiatives.
- Staying current with communication trends and demonstrating fluency with delivery channels. Consulting with select clients at the senior HR level and Mentor/coach junior consultants.
- Understanding industry trends and the business environment to anticipate client needs. Helping to build cohesive, high-impact teams, leveraging colleague skills and talents.
- Extending and expanding work with existing or new clients.
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
- Creating solid client relationships, becoming their trusted partner, and influential advisor on communication and consumer experience issues.
