Requirements
- 10+ years of mixed experience in software development and operations, with a proven track record of leading Cloud teams and implementing CloudOps practices, with a focus on AWS and notable experience in Azure.
- Strong technical expertise in CloudOps practices, methodologies, and tools, such as CI/CD, IaC, configuration management.
- Strong leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of source control management tools such as Azure CloudOps, or Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of taking initiative, taking full ownership for products and services, and recommending solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Managing the updating and configuration of platforms services.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to the CloudOps team, including setting the vision and roadmap for public cloud platforms.
- Participate in conducting post-incident reviews and feedback loops to identify root causes and prevent recurrence for Euna products.
- Participate in planning for scaling/capacity adjustments for Euna product infrastructure based on usage trends and business input.
- Participate in designing solutions for resiliency for Euna products and cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in design solutions for modern product hosting platforms such as: Containerization and Kubernetes.
- Design solutions for access controls for cloud infrastructure and Euna products, systems and data to align with Security initiatives.
- Design strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure and application costs based on usage trends and business input.
- Establishing and managing budgets for cloud hosting of Euna products.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CloudOps.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promote professional development, and ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.
