Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital sales, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or business development, with direct brand engagement at the enterprise level.
  • Deep domain expertise in CPG, Retail, and/or Pharma industries; direct experience or consultative exposure preferred.
  • Track record of leading complex negotiations, structuring high-value deals, and scaling strategic programs.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and engage senior leadership across internal and external organizations.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, media performance metrics, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to align vertical-specific objectives with broader business priorities.
  • Comfort operating in dynamic, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
  • Strong team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and market leadership.

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive vertical strategy across CPG, Retail, and Pharma sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging industry trends through advanced research, executive engagement, and strategic analysis.
  • Influence product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies by bringing actionable insights back to the broader organization.
  • Build and own senior-most relationships with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Lead executive-level conversations, uncover client pain points, and translate business needs into high-impact media and technology solutions.
  • Represent InMobi at key client events, advisory boards, and industry forums as a vertical thought leader.
  • Architect and drive global account planning, ensuring holistic coverage across brand, commerce, media, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Marketing) to design and deliver best-in-class, cross-functional client solutions.
  • Expand revenue potential by identifying new partnership models, co-innovation opportunities, and long-term growth programs.
  • Define success pathways and operational frameworks for client partnerships.
  • Proactively remove operational roadblocks, ensuring flawless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Build an internal culture that mirrors how we want to be perceived externally: smart, strategic, agile, and deeply client-focused.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the Global Demand team’s priorities and achievements in executive leadership meetings and planning forums.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing market intelligence, client insights, and proactive recommendations to evolve InMobi’s go-to-market approach.
