Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, CPCU or equivalent is required.
  • Adjuster license required.
  • 2+ years of Auto Claims Management experience is required.
  • Expertise in auto coverage and auto liability investigations in a call center environment is required.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • The candidate must be able to work under demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for directing 500-1000 claims associates.
  • Managing and improving performance in claims has a significant impact on the profit and growth of the Company.
  • Review workflow and procedures with other departments and within the Claims Department to recommend procedural changes.
  • Responsible for ensuring the claims team follows all state regulations and statutory requirements.

  • Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
