Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CPCU or equivalent is required.
- Adjuster license required.
- 2+ years of Auto Claims Management experience is required.
- Expertise in auto coverage and auto liability investigations in a call center environment is required.
- The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- The candidate must be able to work under demanding conditions.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for directing 500-1000 claims associates.
- Managing and improving performance in claims has a significant impact on the profit and growth of the Company.
- Review workflow and procedures with other departments and within the Claims Department to recommend procedural changes.
- Responsible for ensuring the claims team follows all state regulations and statutory requirements.

- Must be able to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
