Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, developing deep relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Learn and speak the language of the business units to ensure alignment and relevance.
  • Establish regular touchpoints and engagement plans with executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a tailored Customer Success strategy for each business unit, focused on adoption, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate on long-term roadmaps that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Track success metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Renewals, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment around key initiatives, launches, and priorities.
  • Work with our Voice of Customer Experience, Ops, and Analytics teams to analyze, and build data-driven insights that can change positive customer impacts.
  • Champion the voice of internal partners in strategy conversations, ensuring their needs shape Walmart’s direction.
  • Monitor customer performance and engagement metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Drive increased adoption of tools and services, identifying opportunities for innovation and business impact.
  • Support revenue and cost-efficiency initiatives through strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Lead or support key change initiatives that impact internal teams, ensuring readiness, alignment, and successful adoption.
  • Provide guidance, training, and communication to facilitate understanding and engagement with new systems or processes.
  • Act as a senior member of the Customer Success team, mentoring junior team members and helping define scalable processes.
  • Contribute to the development and maturity of the Customer Success function at Walmart.
