Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on sales process improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and driving change within an organization
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to drive sales growth and efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals
  • Lead and manage sales transformation projects aimed at improving sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Identify areas for improvement within the sales process and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and efficient sales execution
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Utilize sales tools to enhance sales processes and reporting capabilities
