Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven leader with excellent facilitation and collaboration skills with prior experience in large corporations as a leadership enabler having multi geography presence.
  • Experience in project management principles and Agile methodologies with proven examples of driving success and preventing avoidable failures and delivering successful outcomes on transformation & cultural initiatives.
  • Strong conviction to drive things to closure – high sense of ownership, low ego, can-do attitude, must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team.
  • Prior experience establishing Standard Operating Procedures to enable the organization.
  • Demonstrate good attention to details, ability to think analytically and independently.
  • Good skills and passion for facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor with ability to maintain a high-level view of the org activities to identify gaps, blind spots, risks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, in particular, demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.
  • Strong experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and support the planning for Business Continuity.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Power point and JIRA.

Responsibilities

  • Be the liaison and primary point of contact for all non-project related interactions between People Technology organization and the rest of the company.
  • Drive organization’s annual goal planning, key measures, and reporting using OKRs.
  • Be an exemplary leader and a role model for the organization’s culture, vision, mission, and goals.
  • Make organization leaders successful by providing frameworks for success. Know the products & culture, be flexible and adaptable, have data at your fingertips, and help remove blockers.
  • Build excellent personal relationships with leaders & stakeholders to command their attention.
  • Proactively drive, track, and close out internal organization initiatives from ideation to execution. Provide regular visibility to leadership on progress, action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Orchestrate success for workforce planning and software renewals by working with stakeholders within the org.
  • Ensure change management best practices are followed for rolling out org initiatives.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner and sounding board to help communicate, track, and oversee organizational strategy and goals.
  • Manage the submission of high quality and informative updates to management: Executive level dashboard reporting, Executive Committee and Board of Director reporting, Executive Project Watch Lists, Executive status on open/pending/completed tasks, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) updates, Hiring and Workforce Planning reports, Data gathering and reporting asks from Visa Technology and Business Operations teams.
  • Orchestrate townhalls, all staff’s, brown bags, newsletters, org branding, publishing accomplishments, training, employee surveys action planning, recognition planning, RTO initiatives.
  • Manage SharePoint/ Teams sites for the org.
  • Create flourishing culture of excitement, fun, and cohesion by connecting the dots across the organization for improved employee wellbeing and engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
