Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
- OR Associate’s degree and 10+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
- OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer relationships in multiple levels.
- Interface with product planning, engineering development, procurement, and supply chain teams to sell Qualcomm products.
- Consolidate, maintain, and evangelize Qualcomm products and materials.
- Act as detailed-oriented Tier 3 customer service support agent to wireless carriers with technical issues, product questions, customer escalations, etc.
- Manage a variety of technical tools/equipment and agreements needed for carrier product validation and testing.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel within Qualcomm and the carrier.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or technical related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of industry experience in OEM Technical Account Management, Wireless product marketing, Competitive analysis, Product management, Business development.
- Recent wireless CPU, SoC and modem experience.
- Indirect Sales management experience with proven, recent ‘sell-through’ success of the latest OEM products.
- Working experience with AT&T.
- Ability to work seamlessly with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product and technology development.
- Self-starter, must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment.
