Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated campaigns—preferably within media, entertainment, or tech.
  • Proven track record of launching and building brands, ideally in DTC or streaming environments.
  • Strong creative sensibility and ability to translate insights into compelling campaigns and visual storytelling.
  • Experience managing external creative agencies and internal creative teams.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A passion for building something from the ground up and helping shape the voice of a new product.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the FOX DTC product’s brand identity and positioning in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market brand and creative strategy to support product launch, seasonal moments (e.g., holidays), and key tentpole events.
  • Manage and brief creative agencies on 360° campaign development—from concepting through production and execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, PR, and Content to ensure creative consistency and cohesion across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead the creation of campaign toolkits and assets across digital, video, social, and owned & operated platforms.
  • Oversee brand guidelines and ensure alignment across a complex content ecosystem that includes FOX News, FOX Sports, entertainment, and more.
  • Guide pre-launch brand efforts as well as post-launch brand building and retention campaigns.
  • Track performance of creative assets and use insights to optimize brand storytelling over time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing multi-brand platforms or content hubs with diverse genres and audiences.
  • Familiarity with measurable marketing, lifecycle/retention campaigns, and CRM creative.
  • Background in building brands with a mix of live and on-demand content.
