Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge in financial accounting and non-profit regulations
Responsibilities
- Overall leadership and day to day management of the BNC
- Provides support to volunteer leaders
- Administers delivery of all programs and services
- Develops lifelong learning materials and programs
- Manages BNC communications
- Works with national president to set meeting agendas and manage annual conference
- Monitors and analyzes the use of the BNC’s resources
- Works with BNC financial accounting and reviews national disbursements
- Responsible for annual staff performance reviews
