Requirements
- 4 year college degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company revenue operations role
- Experience administering in B2B SaaS GTM systems (HubSpot for CRM strongly preferred)
- Highly organized – able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines
- Systems thinker and data driven decision maker
- Proven ability to collaborate and partner with C level company leadership
- Expertise in data integration (e.g. Zapier) and agentic AI a huge plus
- Work in person in NYC 3-4 days per week
Responsibilities
- Own administration of Optery for Business’ CRM (Hubspot) and all GTM infrastructure
- Implement agentic AI driven workflows to increase data availability and efficiency across Optery
- Drive consistency in forecasting processes, pipeline management, and data governance to deliver actionable, data driven insights
- Manage and optimize key GTM processes: territory planning, account segmentation, lead management, compensation planning, and renewals forecasting
- Assist with customer and partner contract proposals
- Partner with Optery senior leadership team to drive planning and investment decisions
