Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years as a communications professional; experience with executive, internal, or external communications essential.
- Proven success building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners.
- Strong storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering strategies and communications that effectively support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid environment.
- Ability to independently drive key components of communications and change management initiatives.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop thoughtful, strategic, and impactful communications campaigns, executive speaking points, presentations, intranet content, and messaging across digital, social channels and live events.
- Collaborate with business and functional partners to drive communications that align with Fidelity priorities, connect associates to the business strategy, and support organizational and cultural change.
- Relentlessly prioritize communications against the top strategic initiatives of the businesses and leader(s) you support.
- Work across Fidelity to align communications and messaging, as appropriate, across business and enterprise-focused teams.
- Use data to measure the impact of communications delivered and recommend methods to continuously improve communications.
- Meet Fidelity’s high standards, with strong attention to detail in the areas of accuracy, ethics, legal and compliance.
