Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required, Master’s preferred
- 8+ years’ industry experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
- Automotive experience is extremely helpful
- Knowledge and skill of reading electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics preferred
- Ability to work off a diagram on all work equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and advancing multiple service teams that support vehicle upfit customers after new vehicle production
- Driving consistency and improving service efficiency across teams
- Creating functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function
- Developing budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure
- Establishing measurable results, objectives, and milestones for self and others
- Directing the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems that cross functions and/or disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplines
- Ability to adjust quickly to new or changing work environment
