Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media or advertising operations, preferably within a sell side environment (retailer, publisher, ad tech, ad network, etc…)
  • Deep understanding of ad tech and media platforms
  • Experience with ad trafficking, campaign management, reporting, and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to shape a service offering and deliver customer success
  • Experience developing teams and cross functional support structures

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from trafficking and implementation to monitoring, reporting, and analysis
  • Become the expert on our ad and martech technology stacks, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting
  • Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, identifying trends and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Work with the sales team to forecast and manage ad inventory, ensuring optimal utilization and maximizing revenue potential
  • Establish and document best practices for ad operations, creating scalable processes for campaign management, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns
