Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital media or advertising operations, preferably within a sell side environment (retailer, publisher, ad tech, ad network, etc…)
- Deep understanding of ad tech and media platforms
- Experience with ad trafficking, campaign management, reporting, and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to shape a service offering and deliver customer success
- Experience developing teams and cross functional support structures
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from trafficking and implementation to monitoring, reporting, and analysis
- Become the expert on our ad and martech technology stacks, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting
- Generate and analyze campaign performance reports, identifying trends and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Work with the sales team to forecast and manage ad inventory, ensuring optimal utilization and maximizing revenue potential
- Establish and document best practices for ad operations, creating scalable processes for campaign management, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns
