Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or client engagement within SaaS, digital transformation, hardware sales, or digital content development.
- Proven success managing multiple projects and engaging C-suite clients.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in high-complexity implementation projects, including agile or scrum methodologies.
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their business objectives align with our offerings.
- Become a subject matter expert in our digital solutions, staying updated on industry advancements to provide innovative recommendations.
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts, upselling and cross-selling solutions to drive business growth.
- Manage client projects from inception to execution, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Address client challenges with tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and business needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to position our services competitively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and pipeline forecasts for strategic decision-making.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements while championing the client’s needs within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging C-suite clients is preferred.
- Experience with high-complexity implementation projects is preferred.
