Requirements
- Experience working within Mexico and other LATAM countries (required)
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
- 3+ years of experience leading Account Executive teams.
- Experience building sales teams and collaborating on overall strategy.
- Manufacturing/Industrial experience.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented and driven individuals.
- Track record of success in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to turn metrics into decisions and present data effectively.
- Experience in a fast-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team.
- Create and implement processes to ensure the team operates efficiently and meets deadlines and goals.
- Help drive overall strategy within the LATAM market.
- Own people management tasks for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, off-boarding, career development, and performance management.
- Ensure forecasting is accurate and implement measures to report on future pipelines.
- Implement strategic processes and expand on the outbound sales program to help the team achieve revenue targets.
- Provide weekly reporting on the success of the team, including wins, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales in the CMMS industry or B2B SaaS startup is an asset.
