Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA, RN, LCSW, LPC, MSW, or MHA
- 5 – 7 years of job related experience
- Progressive healthcare leadership experience including planning, organizational culture change, strategic and business development
- Extensive experience working directly with physicians and in a matrix environment
- Experience working with academic leaders in an operational capacity
Responsibilities
- Work closely with physicians, APPs, therapists, and leadership to shape and guide operations
- Prepare and analyze data for strategic decision-making
- Ensure operational plan supports educational needs of WSU Psychiatry residents
- Plan, organize, staff, influence, and coordinate operations
- Participate in the formulation, interpretation, and execution of company and system strategic plans
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate all areas of responsibility
- Function as a creative, innovative leader and coordinator
- Develop, direct, and lead the near and long term strategic vision for the programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Level education preferred
- Preferred experience in IP or ambulatory behavioral health
- Preferred experience in practice management, behavioral health
