- Must be eighteen years of age or older.

- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
- 7 years of work experience.
Responsibilities
- Holds self and team accountable for high performance of regional merchandising execution metric related to general bay service, projects, and resets.
- Drives execution of tactical plans for the Merchandising Execution organization and translates merchandising services strategy into specific goals and objectives and communicates the vision to the team.
- Manages and measures work, process and metric including safety, quality, and productivity through reporting, field visits and customer feedback.
- Partners directly with leaders (e.g. RVP, DMs, Directors) to provide communication and develop solutions for business performance.
- Sets priorities and develops specific actions and accountabilities for all projects within the region to drive service and business objectives.
- Works collaboratively with peers and other leaders across functional boundaries to execute plans and drive results for the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in retail merchandising services industry or working directly for large scale retailer with multi-location responsibility.
