Requirements
- Experience selling, securing, and launching technology consulting projects
- Technology project management experience including overseeing junior and mid-level staff, defining project direction, and ensuring successful project delivery
- Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges
- 10+ years minimum of experience in technology management consulting
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- The Technology solutions architect in Guidehouse’s (practice) will work on technology transformation initiatives
- Create annuity business, initiate new support models and establish a structure for recurring revenue.
- Solution offerings that meet market demands, creating new solutions, establishing guidelines, common protocols, and identifying opportunity that work with multiple customers
- Will collaborate with San Antonio’s development facility to build a team to help co-locate a development team and help automate Managed Services functions for our clients facilitated by
- Solution building – ability to understand customer solutions, solution development, solution to execution planning,
- Guiding monitoring execution teams to delivery promised solutions to outcomes
- Leads business development for technology pursuits, and leads delivery teams on high impact technology transformation in client engagements
- Driving business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development
- Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology and culture
- Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information
- Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients
- Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching
- Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Software Engineering, Advanced engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in implementing technology and software such as low code/no code platforms, data management, and enterprise resource planning (public sector preferred)
- Strong professional network and/or experience in
- Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groups
