Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Engineering Senior Manager, Architecture Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, Junior Telecom Officer, or related position involving incident management and deploying applications on Cloud platforms within the financial services domain
- 6 years of experience must include: Integrated automatic test suites development, including creating enhanced observability and monitoring tools; Vulnerability assessment fixes, including planning and delivery; Software Development Life Cycle process automation to enhance security risk assessments; Mongo OR Oracle databases; and Deploying containerized applications into AWS OR OpenShift Clusters through CI/CD Pipeline
- 3 years of experience with: Cloud adoption with API and Microservices including private OR public cloud platforms; Site reliability engineering practices to automate workflow and create Monitoring/Observability dashboards in Splunk OR Grafana; Tableau report preparation for SDLC audit compliance analysis; Application migration to Cloud platforms including OpenShift OR AWS; JIRA and ServiceNow for defect and incident management; and Using CI/CD tools Jenkins, BitBucket, Github, RLM OR LightSpeed Enterprise to build and deploy applications.
Responsibilities
- Implement microservice deployments in Cloud Next Gen Architecture, and enable cloud adoption
- Deploy and manage containerized applications on the Enterprise Container Solutions (ECS) platform framework
- Utilize Cloud platform to dynamically scale up application instances based on user traffic patterns
- Configure applications on ECS platform using Application Programming Interface gateway (APIGEE) and ingress controller
- Automate software development life cycle process using automation techniques, MongoDB/Oracle DB and Tableau
- Carry out integrated automated testing enablement, and plan and schedule vulnerability management fixes in the Cloud platform
- Create and maintain Kubernetes Cluster, as well as deploy and support Litmus Chaos Engineering applications in the Kubernetes Cluster
- Drive site reliability engineering patterns, and develop self-service enablement tools and integrated monitoring tools
- Leverage understanding of both technical and business risks and its impacts to manage cross functional projects
- Communicate risks to business owners for informed decision-making through data visualization and reporting
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) model for fast and efficient onboarding process
- Automate code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD
- Application migration to public and private Cloud platforms including OpenShift and AWS
