Requirements
- 3+ Years successful dental sales experience
- Strong relationships with dental distributors
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strongly related experience required
- Dynamic presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Good technical understanding of 3D printing and CAD CAM workflow (preferred)
- Comfortable in virtual or in-person selling situations
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC)
- Requires overnight travel 25% to 40%, depending on territory
Responsibilities
- Drive user acquisition by conducting full lifecycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new business.
- Partner closely with SprintRay’s channel sales teams to increase unit sales and enhance end-user conversion.
- Lead virtual and in-person presentations to prospective users, dental groups, and KOLs.
- Attend local and regional trade shows, study clubs, and customer meetings to expand market presence.
- Execute strategic territory plans aligned with quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor regional market dynamics and competitor activity, reporting insights to sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage administrative tasks such as expenses and meeting logs.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers and channel partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product adoption.
- Demonstrate advanced aptitude and comfort level in selling digital technology solutions to dental professionals.
