Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in healthcare/biotech.
- Strong technical background in AI and software design, proven through at least 3 years of experience within a software-oriented role building products.
- Experience in a healthcare company building analytics on clinical and real-world patient datasets is a strong plus.
- Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision.
- Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders.
- Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams.
- Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with “get things done” mindset.
- Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI design, and software design & application lifecycle management.
- Rich understanding of how AI technologies work within a Clinical or Development domain. Bonus if you can really articulate AI Product value within drug development.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in science, information technology, engineering, computer science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Own the product from a “What” and “Why” perspective.
- Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis.
- Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business, partnerships, and with senior stakeholders in strategy, research, technology, operations, and marketing departments.
- Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint.
- Manage backlog prioritization of work.
- Work with the delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues.
- Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible.
- Define, track, and be accountable for product value metrics and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare company building analytics on clinical and real-world patient datasets is a strong plus.
