Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have at least 1 additional semester of school remaining following completion of an internship
- Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Helping to draft requirements
- Help support the creation of product training materials
- Attending a customer call to help with needs analysis understand better their pain points
- Help with research, define, and prioritize requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for solving customer problems – Interest or experience in digital products and creating an awesome customer experience
- Detail oriented – you can see the big picture and break it down into small, digestible chunks
- Passion for and understanding of technology – working knowledge of modern, cloud-based technology.
- Great communication – you can translate product requirements and designs into clear user stories and communicate across product and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and actionable.
- Business acumen – desire to learn more about product management and understand the value that digital product brings to the business
