Requirements
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative or Engineering Degree or (other related degree and/or work-related experience)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex flow problems
- Demonstrated ability to coach the site population on effective use of digital tools and using data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discipline and flex to support the site operations as needed
- Power BI
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving the overall digital infrastructure of the site
- Coaching digital champions to build and adapt dashboards to meet business need
- Coach the entire organization in effectively using digitization and data analytics to drive loss elimination and improvement
- Maintain appropriate stewardship and governance of digital infrastructure
- Support the everyday operations in improving E2E flow
- Benchmark and reapply digitization infrastructure and capabilities from other sites
