Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in digital marketing or site merchandising/management
- Familiarity in web standards across all platforms (web, mweb, app)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, speaking and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop vertical-focused marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive member conversion, as well as drive media revenue.
- Provide insights and proposals by analyzing marketing and member data and monitoring relevant market conditions.
- Understand our merchants needs and create campaigns that align with their goals.
- Make strategic and tactical recommendations that ladder up to larger business objectives
- Utilize strong analytical skills to continuously optimize the member experience across all shopping channels, while also recapping the performance of events.
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with creative strategy, marketing, site operations, engineering and sales.
