Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics, SEO, or a related field
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and best practices
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing strategies
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital content creation
- Knowledge of website troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Identify critical gaps in current marketing efforts and develop comprehensive strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into a cohesive digital marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing impact.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including journey orchestration, marketing automation, and email campaigns.
- Conduct data analysis and market segmentation to identify target audiences and inform digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize tools like Customer Data Platforms, Journey Analytics, Marketing Automation, BI and CRM platforms to measure performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and deliver engaging global campaign content across digital platforms, including email and marketing automation.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
- Build and optimize automated workflows and lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement.
- Implement A/B testing and performance tracking for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, identifying and implementing opportunities that enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

- Experience with advanced web analytics techniques and tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies
