Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify critical gaps in current marketing efforts and develop comprehensive strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into a cohesive digital marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing impact.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including journey orchestration, marketing automation, and email campaigns.
  • Conduct data analysis and market segmentation to identify target audiences and inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Utilize tools like Customer Data Platforms, Journey Analytics, Marketing Automation, BI and CRM platforms to measure performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver engaging global campaign content across digital platforms, including email and marketing automation.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure content aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows and lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement.
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments, identifying and implementing opportunities that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced web analytics techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation strategies
