Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Execute and refine paid social media strategies on Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Oversee YouTube influencer partnerships, including identifying and negotiating with influencers, managing ad placements, and measuring performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content.
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and remarketing strategies.
