Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hands-on lifecycle marketing campaign building/executing.
  • Comfortable working in CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo) to build and send email/push campaigns
  • Working knowledge of ad buying platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing and lifecycle metrics, and how to optimize for them.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple campaign timelines and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator who provides timely updates and status reports.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy lifecycle messaging through email and push platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze), targeting both free and paid users.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across all campaigns using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, open rate, and reactivation rate.
  • Execute A/B tests across creative, messaging, timing, audience, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign results.
  • Refresh creative based on performance insights, user behavior, and business priorities. Manage end-to-end customer journeys (upsell, cross-sell, and win-back) through timely, personalized communications across all channels.
  • Understanding of how paid media integrates into the acquisition pipeline.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, tracking systems, budget pacing, and QA checklists to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Report on campaign performance regularly, highlighting key takeaways and recommending tactical next steps.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, new tools, and channel best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized with the latest capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
