Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Own paid media execution (search, social, display, retargeting)
  • Align campaigns to specific audience segments and business goals
  • Oversee website performance, UX, and content updates
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and discoverability
  • Collaborate with design/development resources for site improvements
  • Build and manage email marketing workflows for nurturing leads in Hubspot
  • Own email calendar and performance optimization
  • Follow best practices to execute timely and effective email campaigns
  • A/B test to determine the most effective outreach to potential customers
  • Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels
  • Provide actionable insights for campaign refinement
  • Maintain dashboards using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Asana, or equivalent
  • Generate insights to guide optimization and decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with the internal marketing team
  • Manage timelines, assets, and digital deliverables
  • Contribute to brand consistency across digital platforms.
