Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of different digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns
- Own paid media execution (search, social, display, retargeting)
- Align campaigns to specific audience segments and business goals
- Oversee website performance, UX, and content updates
- Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and discoverability
- Collaborate with design/development resources for site improvements
- Build and manage email marketing workflows for nurturing leads in Hubspot
- Own email calendar and performance optimization
- Follow best practices to execute timely and effective email campaigns
- A/B test to determine the most effective outreach to potential customers
- Track and report on KPIs across all digital channels
- Provide actionable insights for campaign refinement
- Maintain dashboards using Google Analytics, Hubspot, Asana, or equivalent
- Generate insights to guide optimization and decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with the internal marketing team
- Manage timelines, assets, and digital deliverables
- Contribute to brand consistency across digital platforms.
