Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university with a focus on Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
- Results oriented and ability to work independently on projects with deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels within and outside the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite
Responsibilities
- Meet with mentor with day to day questions and project updates
- Complete and present project assigned by leader during final week of internship
- Collaborate with team members and interns across the organization
- Participate in regular team meetings and 1:1s with leader
- Gain an understanding of the industry and the North brand
- Attend company program events (Lunch ‘n’ Learns, New Team Member Training, etc.)
- Must be willing to commit to the intern program for the full durations of the program
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous intern experience a plus
