Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- 5 – 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital communication tools
- Search Engine marketing expertise, reporting, optimization and project management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory implications of social media to financial services industry
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- English and Spanish, required. Portuguese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital content strategies aligned with the brand’s goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives.
- Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various digital platforms, such as websites, social media channels, campaigns, blogs, and other.
- Plan and organize content calendars, including scheduling and publishing content across multiple channels.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience preferences, behaviors, and trends, using this information to inform content strategy and messaging.
- Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize digital content for higher visibility and organic search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze performance of digital content using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all digital content channels to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
- Keep-up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies to stay ahead of the competition and suggest innovative strategies.
