Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 5 – 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of social media and digital communication tools
  • Search Engine marketing expertise, reporting, optimization and project management skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory implications of social media to financial services industry
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • English and Spanish, required. Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital content strategies aligned with the brand’s goals, target audience, and overall marketing objectives.
  • Craft engaging and persuasive copy for various digital platforms, such as websites, social media channels, campaigns, blogs, and other.
  • Plan and organize content calendars, including scheduling and publishing content across multiple channels.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience preferences, behaviors, and trends, using this information to inform content strategy and messaging.
  • Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to optimize digital content for higher visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of digital content using analytics tools, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all digital content channels to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and brand guidelines.
  • Keep-up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital technologies to stay ahead of the competition and suggest innovative strategies.
