Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications
  • Proven track record of successful digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Proficient in front end web design, digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment virtually and in-person

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Web strategies: Oversee a subset of the companies’ websites. Mange the configuration and editing of the sites, copy and image proofing, creating graphics. Partner with agencies and brand/product marketers on design, then execute, and optimize the website pages for organic traffic and engagement with SEO and content.
  • Optimize: Identify ways to optimize the websites content for search engines, and track performance metrics to improve rankings and drive traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand & Product Communication: Craft clear and compelling approaches to websites that align with the brand’s voice and values. Ensure consistency across all digital and offline channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications. Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
