Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of operational experience or project implementation, preferably in the utility industry.
- Ability to travel to domestic and international customer sites.
- Experience working in utility operations or engineering support or experience with electrical utility control systems (SCADA, EMS, GMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS).
- Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead ADMS business process reviews for electric distribution utility clients to understand ‘As-Is’ and document ‘To-Be’ process mappings.
- Perform contractual requirements analysis on ADMS projects identifying areas of potential concern for project teams.
- Leverage knowledge of distribution or transmission system operations to provide insight, guidance, and recommendations to ADMS clients, project teams and product development.
- Advocate the importance of project change management to help build knowledge and support within ADMS projects.
- Assist ADMS project implementation teams, as needed, performing analysis, design, and test authoring.
