Requirements
- Understanding of digital and reprocessing workflows in a dental office
- 5 – 7 years of combined inside and outside sales experience
- Experience with virtual and in-person product demonstrations
- Excellent understanding of industry practices
- Strong proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures

Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving top-line sales for Owned Brands in the Digital and Equipment Categories
- Drive sales engagement through Henry Schein Dental, Henry Schein One, Brasseler, and other IC sales channels. This includes promoting Alternate Business Model Sales and other One Schein initiatives
- Presents to and closes key customers
- In collaboration with Downstream Sales Channel management, develops sales reps and customer engagement programs to drive sales (i.e. compensation incentives, promotions, etc.)
- Participates in BDMs, internal facing sales events and meetings, and attends and participates in tradeshows/conventions as necessary
- Serves as product subject matter expert
- Conducts regular and ongoing business reviews with Sales Leadership and collaborates with them to establish internal Sales Champions
- Conducts product demonstrations and training, both in-person and virtually, and acts as a liaison for technical support for customers
- Partners with HP&SE Operations, Tech Services, and Finance team to provide process support for Alternate Business Models and other One Schein initiatives in the Digital and Equipment Categories
- Co-travels with relevant internal sales teams to support sales efforts
- Utilizes available CRM, analytics, and additional reporting and communication platforms to develop, plan, and lead execution strategies for targeting specific customer groups and segments
- Works with Special Market/Strategic/DSO Selling Teams to develop and implement proposals, collateral, and launch plans which includes supporting processes around chargebacks, extended warranties, etc.
- Collaborates with Henry Schein One to drive market adoption of supporting digital Imaging, AI and Workflow software solutions
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- Master’s degree or global equivalent a plus
- May hold one or more industry certifications
