Responsibilities
- Proactively source your own virtual meetings
- Identify trends and best practices and share them widely
- Consult with advisor teams 1:1
- Collaborate with colleagues through referrals and projects
- Consult with branch leadership teams
- Share feedback to improve the digital tools available
- Provide thought leadership as a speaker to various groups and conferences
- Track and document key meeting insights and ensure timely follow-up with advisor teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing training and/or coaching
- Sales experience
