Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of financial services product management experience
  • Experience with commercial credit products or have previously completed credit training

Responsibilities

  • Experience working with technology and operations teams to enhance platform capabilities and implementing scalable procedures
  • Ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization with colleagues across various reporting structures — lead, influence and align teams without direct managerial responsibility
  • Effectively work with internal teams and external partners to drive enhanced capabilities, product roadmap alignment and project execution
  • Strong individual contributor capabilities combined with the ability to effectively manage a small team to execute on deliverables
  • Ability to understand, develop, and execute business performance analysis, tracking initiatives and reporting to leadership
